MLB Headquarters

Located at the former Time & Life Building on New York City’s Avenue of the Americas, the revamped space pays homage to the sport of baseball at every turn. Spanning 315,000 square feet across five floors, we partnered with Studios Architecture to bring their vision to life. The design masterfully balances MLB’s rich history with a celebration of the league today.

Our creative team collaborated closely with Studios Architecture and ESI Design, providing high-level design assistance and product development throughout the project. Every element within the space reflects our touch.

As the project manager, we executed on a wide array of tasks, including engineering, fabrication, and installation. Our contributions included illuminated dimensional signage, wall coverings, glass finishes, custom feature walls, wayfinding systems, and all ADA-compliant signage.
